      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and motivate a team of Clinical Consultant Pharmacists to deliver results
      - Provide mentoring and coaching for Clinical Consultants to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
      - Assist in recruitment, on-boarding, and mentoring of new Clinical Consultant team members
      - Manage clinical consulting resource allocation and assignment
      - Maintain understanding of individual client contracts and ensure proper execution of clinical deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
      - Active, unrestricted US state-specific pharmacist license
      - 5+ years of pharmacy practice experience
      - 3+ years of clinical account management experience within a PBM or Managed Care
      - 2+ years of providing formal client presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or similar advanced degree
      - Formalized sales skills training
      - Formalized leadership skills training
      - Well-rounded clinical account management experience working across multiple lines of business
      - Experience working with complex Health Plan clients with complex benefit structures
