      Join Our Team as an Associate Director at Mays Business School!

      Are you ready to make a significant impact on the future of business education? We’re looking for an innovative, dynamic, self-starter to join our team as an Associate Director!

      As the Associate Director you will support undergraduate academic programs by recruiting and tracking students, implementing success strategies, and overseeing exam duplication and curricular submissions. You will coordinate college-level assessments, track deadlines, prepare reports, and analyze student outcomes. Additionally, you will manage classroom scheduling, approve SRS requests, and predict enrollment needs using data analysis tools.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience

      • Eight years of related experience

      A well-qualified candidate for this position will possess a master’s degree in a relevant field, experience in academic advising or higher education, and proficiency in generating reports within Texas A&M systems. Candidates should also have experience with the Curricular Approval System (CARS), ARGOS, Astra, SRS, and Qualtrics or similar tools. Additionally, the ability to administer program-level assessments, evaluate program learning outcomes, and analyze data, including student outcomes and classroom usage is desired.

      Responsibilities

      Undergraduate Academic Program and Curriculum Support:

      • Recruit and track students, implement success strategies, and monitor faculty progress

      • Oversee exam duplication and scanning support

      • Review and track curricular submissions, prepare new programs/courses, and navigate approval processes

      • Coordinate agendas and summarize meetings for curriculum and assessment committees

      • Ensure writing-intensive course and faculty records compliance.

      Assessment and Outcome Tracking and Administration:

      • Coordinate college-level assessments, support program coordinators, track deadlines, proctor exams, review feedback, prepare AACSB reports, and analyze student academic and employment outcome

      Classroom Scheduling & SRS Requests Approval:

      • Collaborate with the Associate Dean to manage BUSN class schedules, new course requests, and enrollment, ensuring room and faculty constraints are met, and approve SRS requests

      • Analyzes seat data to predict enrollment needs across undergraduate courses, especially the Core Business Knowledge (CBK) courses and minor courses

      • Leverages Argos for reporting and data analysis

      What you need to know

      Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 (Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire’s experience)
