What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement communication strategies for various stakeholder groups throughout the enrollment lifecycle
- Manage digital assets, including creating and editing web pages and overseeing video projects
- Write, edit, and maintain marketing and communication materials for the Division of Enrollment
- Analyze communications technology and audience insights to enhance engagement and retention
- Collaborate with multiple offices within the Division of Enrollment to ensure alignment with university goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing exceptional service to partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a higher education setting
- Familiarity with Slate CRM and Drupal CMS
