      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and support team members in executing effective communication strategies
      - Oversee daily operations related to Care Center and corporate communications
      - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic communications plans that align with business objectives
      - Enhance the company’s social media presence through innovative campaigns and performance measurement
      - Monitor and analyze communication efforts to assess effectiveness and report to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, English, or Marketing preferred
      - 8+ years of communications and project management experience
      - 5+ years of supervisory experience managing team members
      - Strong writing and editing skills are essential
      - Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce experience preferred
      - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
      - Experience with insurance payers and/or public affairs is a plus
