      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the strategic direction and daily operations of the company’s U.S. Patient Assistance Program
      - Manage vendor relationships, internal and external partnerships, and governance support
      - Oversee program operations, including contracting, budgeting, and auditing
      - Conduct reviews of program business rules and documentation
      - Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and governance inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, pharmacy, or a related field
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing patient assistance/support programs
      - Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare policies and inventory management
      - Demonstrated leadership in quality improvement projects
      - Adherence to company values, policies, and legal/compliance requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in public health, pharmacy, or a related field
      - Experience with medical and legal review systems such as Veeva Vault, SAP, and Ariba management
