  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support and drive engagement with key community stakeholders to advance the company's CSR strategy and business goals
  - Oversee integrated social impact programs and engagement initiatives in alignment with the Lifelong Learning/STEM CSR pillar
  - Manage, analyze, and evaluate STEM partnerships and programs to refine partnership impact and effectiveness
  - Review new STEM partnership requests and make funding recommendations
  - Lead a team of program managers and collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment to enterprise STEM objectives
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
  - Minimum of five years of experience managing a team
  - Experience in social impact, corporate citizenship, and community relations, with specific experience in STEM outreach
  - Demonstrated ability to build positive internal and external relationships and engage employees or the public on large scale initiatives
  - Exceptional written, verbal, and social communication skills

  - Ability to use data for impact in communications and marketing analysis
  - Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive deliverables to completion
