- Lead and provide direction to a team of four finance professionals
- Responsible for performing accounting activities for inventory obsolescence reserves in line with US GAAP.
- Review of accounting Discards and accurate reporting within our internal reporting design for all regions.
- Complete the monthly close functions with respect to IQV which ensures inventory reserves are recorded timely within the appropriate close deadlines.
- Providing accurate & timely support to business partners, addressing functional stakeholder inquiries.
- Advise and support senior management in business decisions.
- Maintaining the control environment at the highest standard and participating in various internal and external audits.
- Develop a high- performance organization, supporting development and growth of the team members. Manage a diverse and inclusive environment
- Participate in enterprise-wide projects.
- Responsible to identify and follow up on process improvement from an End-to-End scenario.
- Maintaining and reporting performance metrics and perform ad-hoc consolidation analysis to support business decisions.
- Maintaining and reconciling inventory account balances related to COSI processes between the General Ledger and SAP to ensure alignment for all regions.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance/business/administration/economics.
- Minimum of 5 -10 years of demonstrated experience in finance roles. Experience within manufacturing finance is a plus.
- Proven strong people management skills and ability to build a high-performance organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and can simplify complex concepts.
- Natural drive to seek improvement and challenge the status quo.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Natural coach with a drive to engage in development.
- Fluent in English.

Our Finance team leverages sophisticated financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting, and performance evaluation techniques to propel medical innovation and enhance people's lives. As the Associate Director you will be leading a diverse and international team of about four (senior) financial analysts. As part of this role - where you report to the Director of the organization - you will lead and support the team with all the activities that ensure proper obsolescence reserves are in place for inventories globally. As we are a global finance team. There will also be plenty of opportunity to be involved in companywide projects, where our team plays a vital role having end to end oversight on IQV’s.
