What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, lead, and mentor a data architecture and analytics team to deliver structured, self-serve reporting capabilities
- Develop and govern a scalable data architecture within Snowflake, evolving it into well-defined Data Products
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to define requirements for raw data ingestion and ensure data quality
- Spearhead the transformation of raw data into structured tables and views for self-serve reporting
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making and promote a data-centric culture within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or analytics leadership roles
- Hands-on experience and expertise in DBT
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level data architecture solutions
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics or related fields
- Experience with data governance tools
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of data compliance and security policies
