- Proactively Lead & engage in business development activities to win new business for Data Centre Colocation Services – at the regional level; this includes sourcing, executing & closing deals.
- Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with Data Centre Operators & End Users.
- Set face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, including "C" level executives within our target marketplace
- Deliver customer presentations that are top-notch and articulate the Cushman & Wakefield’s Value Proposition
- Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Cushman & Wakefield’s Advisory Service process
- Apply solution and consultative sales skills to manage account cycles
- Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction – Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, cash flows, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations, Legal and Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
- Provides formal assistance/ guidance, to the team. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
- Strong client management skills.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and/or public groups.
- Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired action.
- Requires expert knowledge of financial real estate terms and understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets.
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
- Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for clients
- Master’s Degree with 8+ years of industry experience.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business, build client relationships with Executive Leadership and meet business revenues targeted
- Team player with experience in working in managing/working in teams.
