      UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Data Product Business Analyst in Weehawken, NJ.

      We’re looking for an Associate Director, Data Product Business Analyst to:

      • Improve and automate data for the purpose of model development. Provide support in product management, data management, and technical business analysis.
      • Support model users and AI developers with the fitness and verification of data for usage in models, as part of GOTO programs for data products and accelerated AI.
      • Support and communicate with business divisions and group functions regarding their data product needs in accordance with regulatory requirements and data management, general technology, and cloud needs.
      • Utilize agile and change management principles. Conduct requirement and gap analysis to identify tooling, procedure, risk management, and training needs.
      • Contribute to the design, build, and implementation of tooling and control frameworks. Employ data management and technical matter expertise to assess impact of changing requirements to data governance processes.

      Your expertise

      Education & Experience Requirement

      • This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Model Validator Quantitative Analyst, Senior Associate, or related occupation.

      Alternate Education & Experience Requirement

      • The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Technology, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as a Model Validator Quantitative Analyst, Senior Associate, or related occupation in lieu of a Master's degree and five (5) years of experience.

      Position requires experience with the following:

      • data management, technical business analysis, product management
      • identifying and documenting user needs into requirements, project or risk management, agile and change management principles
      • technical, cloud, and product concepts, designing, building, and implementing tooling and control frameworks
      • Python, R, SQL, JavaScript, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Visio
      • Gitlab, Informatica, Tableau, Advanced Excel, VBA, Azure
