What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers to enhance the speed, security, and reliability of software delivery pipelines
- Oversee continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Foster a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams to streamline processes
- Execute the DevOps strategy and technical roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Champion automation across the development lifecycle to improve efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or an equivalent technical field
- 8-10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- 3+ years’ experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins
- 2+ years’ experience managing non-engineering functions such as recruiting and budget management
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on talent development and fostering collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions for proactive issue detection
