- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs of both our existing and growing workforce.
- Map and evaluate all existing, internal upskilling offerings to create an informed roadmap of profile-targeted learning journeys.
- Develop and execute an ambitious roadmap for the establishment and growth of internal, digital Learning Journeys including design curriculum based on existing and new offerings, create engaging training materials, and identify inspirational offerings aligned with organizational needs and goals.
- Indirect leadership of consultants, educators, and instructors in the development, delivery, and operations of cutting-edge digital learning initiatives.
- Monitor and assess program effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
- Manage partnerships with external product coaches, initiate internal mentorship programs, and establish partnerships with external resources, industry experts, and educational institutions to enhance the offerings.
- Act as a thought leader, evangelizing digital transformation and fostering a culture of innovation and digital fluency across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (+5 years) in instructional design, learning & development, or a related area, preferably within large, corporate settings.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and Agile methodologies, and their applications in business.
- Extensive project leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage project teams toward achieving strategic goals.
- Exceptional communication- and stakeholder management skills.
- A curious growth mindset with user-centric and data-driven Agile project approach.

The Position
Within our team Digital Capability Building, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Associate Director to spearhead the establishment of a Digital Learning Journeys concept. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategies to enhance the digital capabilities of our workforce and foster a culture of continuous learning. The initial target group of the Digital Capability Building Learning Journeys will be ‘product people’ and Heads of Product and Capabilities working in and with various Agile product development teams.

The Department
The Digital Capability Building Team is organized within our Digital Transformation Office, a newly established CVP-area of approx. 30 people, setting strategic direction, coordinating, catalyzing, and governing our digital transformation across the EVP area Development. In collaboration with digital teams in SVP areas across Development, we identify new opportunities for utilizing data and digital solutions for the benefit of patients as well as our organization. Focusing on end users with constant curiosity, we manage prioritization and execution of digital activities.
