      Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role will establish a best-in-class digital marketing capability, balancing operational excellence with a strategic vision and roadmap.

      This role will focus on Kiniksa’ s first commercial product, ARCALYST® (rilonacept), as well as all corporate and clinical-stage programs with a disproportionate focus on ARCALYST®. This role will enable high-impact corporate, product, and disease communications across all digital and social channels in partnership with all functions and serve as the critical bridge between the commercial teams and our IT business partners.

      Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

      Platform management (business owner for marketing technology - Acquia Drupal, SFMC email, Veeva PromoMats)

      • Own platform innovation, including platform enhancements and new capabilities, working closely with IT business partners
      • Ensure platforms are set up aligned to business use cases and optimized for daily operations

      Marketing Data & Analytics

      • Set up and maintain ongoing reporting dashboards across owned channels (email, web) and organic social media
      • Ensure digital marketing KPIs are aligned with business objectives

      Digital Operations

      • Campaign operations support for campaign build prior to deployment, ensure tagging and tracking is in place for reporting, and testing all creative / campaign rules prior to launch
      • Training and documentation for tactical development, including digital operations best practices and maintaining up-to-date documentation on all relevant systems and processes
      • Support digital initiatives for pipeline assets in collaboration with clinical development and other stakeholders

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
      • 5+ years’ experience in a life sciences digital marketing operations role.
      • Multi-channel experience, inclusive of personalized journeys across web and email.
      • Marketing analytics and reporting experience
      • Ambition to learn more about rare disease marketing
      • Strong organizational and project management skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to completion.
      • Intense curiosity, collaborative spirit, empathy, and a passion for problem solving.
      • Solution-oriented, strong analytical and presentation skills.
      • The ability to champion change and drive innovative thinking.
      • Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multitask in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
