Program Support: Facilitate the delivery of a range of DE&I programs, initiatives, and events that raise awareness, educate employees, and promote an inclusive workplace.
Business Resource Groups (BRGs): Partner with our BRGs to provide support, resources, and guidance to amplify their impact and ensure their alignment with the company's strategic goals. Develop and execute strategies to increase BRG membership, engagement, impact and foster a sense of belonging and community. Host the annual BRG retreat.
HR Integration: Collaborate within the broader Talent team to integrate DE&I into Talent practices and processes. This includes partnering with 1) the Talent Acquisition team to develop DE&I awareness and approach for recruiting and internal mobility; 2) the Learning and Development team to develop and deliver DE&I training programs, workshops, and educational materials to enhance employees' understanding of DE&I concepts and practices; 3) Talent Business Partners to access and understand DE&I practices, resources and reports for senior leadership.
Research, Reports & Data Analysis: Elevate our DE&I strategy and approach through ongoing research on best practices, industry trends, and benchmarks. Help define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives, track progress, and prepare reports for key stakeholders. Partner with Talent Analytics to build DEI reports to track progress and inspire action by senior leaders.
Engagement and communication: Support the design of cultural celebrations and partner with the Communications team on internal and external communication ideas, to promote DE&I initiatives, celebrate achievements, share best practices, and disclose progress.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, research, and best practices related to DE&I and share insights with the team.
Community Engagement: Establish connections with organizations that share our aspirations for positive community impact in areas where our employees and partners reside. Provide guidance to Evolent Cares, Evolent’s philanthropic and social responsibility program, to help build strategy and amplify impact.
Policy Review: Review and consult on existing policies and practices to identify potential areas of bias and work with relevant teams to make necessary adjustments. Partner with the Vendor Management team to identify DE&I vendors for outreach and inclusion in RFPs.
Project Management: Build project plans, monitor budget, and ensure timely deliverables against deadlines. Maintain accurate records and documentation of DE&I initiatives. Ensure compliance with DE&I-related regulations and reporting requirements.
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in DE&I program management, preferably in a corporate setting
In-depth knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and awareness of global, national, and regional trends around inclusion and diversity
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
Ability to build strong relationships and influence change
Values-driven and strong passion for DE&I in a corporate setting

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Associate Program Manager, a member of the Talent team, will help lead the development and execution of our strategy to deepen and widen DE&I initiatives across the business. This is a highly collaborative role partnering across the Talent team and organization.

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $90,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.About the company
