      Lilly is partnering with a third-party vendor to launch Dynamic Targeting and expand Omnichannel capabilities across the organization. In the U.S., the operational capability for the Commercial team has been insourced via a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, leveraging a Lilly location in India (LCCI). Our continued transformation will involve:

      • Scaling Dynamic Targeting to all U.S. Business Units

      • Increasing emphasis on standardization and automation

      • Driving efficiency and accuracy via end-to-end process improvement

      • Maximizing the teams and infrastructure at LCCI

      • Building capability and developing deep subject matter expertise in this area

      Position Description:

      The Dynamic Targeting and Omnichannel Operations Associate Director is part of the Omnichannel Capabilities (OC) team and will drive strategic planning and execution efforts in all therapeutic areas within Lilly. The Associate Director will build deep subject matter expertise in this area while leading and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders, including the Dynamic Targeting team, Omnichannel Integration teams, LCCI Omnichannel Operations (O2), Sales Force Operations (SFO), BI&A, Tech@Lilly, and Sales teams. This will ensure that our evolving Dynamic Targeting and Omnichannel processes and platforms are cohesively integrated into business objectives and operational structures. The Associate Director will also be responsible for cultivating trusted relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and infuse marketing and sales technology best practices and innovation across Lilly to consistently create unparalleled customer experiences.

      Responsibilities:

      • Serve as the U.S. Dynamic Targeting lead and connecting with the LCCI Customer Success Manager to ensure the overall operational success of the program

      • Lead Dynamic Targeting scaling by providing strong advisory support to the Omnichannel Integration (OG), BI&A, OODI, and O2 teams

      • Lead the evolution of LCCI capabilities to ensure continuous operational improvement by working with cross-functional teams

      • Lead Dynamic Targeting Build Operate Transfer (BOT) in collaboration with ZS, O2, SFO, BI&A, Tech@Lilly, etc.

      • Drive Dynamic Targeting Insights Strategy and Business Rule standardization as well as ensuring Brand strategies are achieved through Predictive Insight models & Business Rule execution in partnership with BI&A and the OG teams

      • Assimilate feedback from Sales to drive continued improvements in Dynamic Targeting and Omnichannel execution by identifying opportunities for better customer centric execution

      • Bridge O2 and OG system configuration dependencies for current Brands and new Brand launches

      • Lead vendor management of ZS Product Roadmap

      • Manage end-to-end process improvement in documentation, training, and KPI development to enhance processes; drive automation and tech enhancements; and improve consistency and accuracy.

      • Lead Omnichannel roadmap updates and identification of key innovation projects by partnering with Leadership, the Omnichannel Integration team, and key internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and secure needed resources.

      • Facilitate cross-learning sharing and collaboration with O2, OG, BI&A, Tech@Lilly, etc. teams

      • Work in conjunction with BI&A and OG Measurement Team to share KPI tracking, mitigate reporting gaps, and share impact measurement/learnings with cross-functional teams.

      • Work with Omnichannel Leads (LCCI and US) to established and align on performance & success metrics for LCCI Operations

      • Other duties as required to support the success of the Omnichannel mission.

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, engineering, communications, project management)

      • 5+ years of Pharma industry experience

      • 1+ year(s) experience leading Build-Operate-Transfer vendor projects, business analytics, Omnichannel system configurations, and driving process improvement

      Additional Skills/Preferences:

      • Proven planning and project management skills

      • Prior experience in Dynamic Targeting or Omnichannel marketing, non-personal promotions and/or digital marketing, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry

      • Strong leadership to influence in all directions, create positive change toward a vision, collaborate cross-functionally, establish goals, and deliver results

      • Demonstrated ability to work with complex and ambiguous situations and provide simple, yet eloquent, solutions

      • Excellent communication skills including high EQ, strong listening skills, great articulation of “why’s,” articulation of concepts clearly

      • Demonstrated ability to be accountable, flexible and build trust-based relationships

      • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and prioritize effectively

      • Lilly currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from between $112,500 to $165,000 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).Of course, the compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described above.
