What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational oversight to ensure best practices in the operational delivery of technology solutions
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to develop and improve business processes
- Support RFPs, quotation analysis, and act as the internal subject matter authority for digital services and capabilities
- Manage staff and provide leadership, including performance management and professional development
- Represent Digital at the governance level and contribute to the compilation of goals and business plan objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital enablement implementation projects
- Excellent understanding of eCOA technology business practices and the current competitive landscape
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Recent experience working for an eCOA technology company
- Knowledge of the eCOA/DE services business under a tech-transfer/tech company partnership model
- Experience in software development lifecycle and programming practices
- Expertise in process improvement techniques
- Ability to work across geographies and cultures
