      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train, educate, coach, and lead a team of Field Access Managers (FAMs)
      - Execute the field access strategy and oversee the success of the Field Access Management Team
      - Provide market access education and support to the Field Access Management team regarding Regional Payor and Medicaid coverage
      - Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Hub, specialty pharmacy, and field access managers
      - Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on access landscape and strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree; 9+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in patient support, healthcare sales or operations, project management, or reimbursement support
      - Strong knowledge of health insurance structures and related access processes including benefit verification and prior authorization
      - Expertise in pharmaceutical compliance and HIPAA regulations
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing field-based teams or projects within the healthcare sector
      - Familiarity with hub and patient support activities
      - Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across various teams
      - Previous involvement in developing access strategies or policies
