      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the monthly and quarterly closing process and consolidation of results in OneStream
      - Prepare and review key quarterly financial reporting deliverables for submission to RTX
      - Review significant accruals, inter-company eliminations, and non-controlling interest calculations
      - Manage ongoing transformation projects to enhance existing financial processes
      - Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements and perform necessary assessments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 12+ years of applicable work experience; or an advanced degree with 10+ years of experience
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
      - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPA certification
      - Prior experience with a Big 4 firm or in a public company
      - Knowledge of SAP ledgers and OneStream consolidations tool
      - Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
      - Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies to improve processes
