      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead strategic initiatives to advance floodplain conservation efforts
      - Collaborate with local and state agencies to promote best practices in floodplain management
      - Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage stakeholders and the public
      - Analyze and report on floodplain health and conservation outcomes
      - Supervise and mentor team members involved in conservation projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in conservation, environmental science, or related field
      - Proven track record in project management and strategic planning
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and stakeholders
      - Knowledge of floodplain regulations and conservation practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in fundraising or grant writing for conservation projects
      - Familiarity with data analysis and GIS tools
      - Background in policy advocacy related to environmental issues
      - Advanced degree in environmental science, public policy, or related field
