What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and lead strategic GCTO initiative efforts
- Promote process standards and best practices for project approaches
- Support tracking and reporting activities for GCTO initiatives
- Identify dependencies and adapt plans to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure cross-initiative alignment and best practice sharing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with at least nine (9) years of relevant experience
- Project Management certification (PMP, CPM) required
- MS Project fluency necessary
- Deep knowledge of Clinical Development processes
- Effective team facilitation and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Change Management/Sigma experience
- 0-2 years of Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative experience in healthcare-related service
