What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Optum Bank’s leaders and subject matter experts on strategic delivery components
- Assist with managing project intake and infrastructure build-out
- Work closely with business, technology, and PMO to resolve project conflicts
- Lead and participate in project meetings ensuring transparency
- Develop project plans and track efforts to ensure desired outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of execution management and operations experience
- 5+ years of management experience leading projects with senior leadership engagement
- Experience developing executive presentations and excellent communication skills
- Solid operational focus with demonstrated project and operational management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Health and/or financial industry experience
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and MS Visio
- Proven proactive in driving results with disciplined follow-through approach
- Solid strategic thinking and business acumen
- Willingness or flexibility to travel and work schedule
