      Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of Oncology? We are seeking an Associate Director for our Gynecologic Cancer Portfolio Marketing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our portfolio from Ovarian cancer to Endometrial & Cervical cancers. You will be responsible for developing and driving a robust pan-GYN commercial & customer engagement strategy for multiple GYN products & new indications. This position is based at our US headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD.

      Accountabilities:

      As the Associate Director, you will develop strategic customer engagement plans and commercial roadmap to ensure brand success. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to optimize positioning of key marketing messages across GYN products and marketing channels. You will also be responsible for developing portfolio messaging and sales training, working with corporate affairs and patient advocacy teams to improve AZ’s presence and support of GYN cancers beyond ovarian cancer.

      Essential Skills/Experience:

      • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
      • 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics, strategic planning

      Desirable Skills/Experience:

      • MBA or Advanced Degree in relevant field
      • Oncology or specialty care experience
      • Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape including Community oncology and Hospital oncology dynamics, GPOs, Payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy customers & Precision Medicine
      • Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal and Digital, Patient marketing)
      • Experience working in ‘commercial alliance/partnership’ environment
      • Experience building and integrating new capabilities that are relevant for brand success
