      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with business leaders to scope, create, and execute business analytics using data aggregation and visualization tools
      - Create backlog and prioritization methodology for analytics requests
      - Evaluate existing tools and processes to create a long-term strategy for sustainable analytics
      - Lead documentation of analytics processes and procedures to support training and business continuity
      - Influence without authority; interpret analyses for business leaders and equip them with knowledge to make data-driven decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
      - 5+ years of experience in data analytics
      - 1+ years of management experience
      - Experience in the healthcare industry
      - Advanced SQL and understanding of relational databases

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in relevant field
      - Experience with pharmacy or medical claims information
      - Experience with Tableau Desktop skills
      - Experience with R, Python, Github, etc
      - Experience engaging with and influencing senior executives
