      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic human resource programs for a network of factories and operations functions
      - Lead all HR activities for designated U.S. Plants and other operations functions
      - Mentor senior management, develop talent, and lead a group of senior HR managers
      - Partner with Operations leaders to provide guidance on HR matters
      - Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in manufacturing leadership and managing high-level employee relations
      - Proven track record of implementing improvement strategies across multiple plants
      - Strong communication and leadership skills
      - Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in union and non-union environments
      - Bilingual proficiency is preferred
