What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute Strategic Communications Plans, including strategy, stakeholder identification, messaging, and measurement for various initiatives
- Lead communications team, coordinate and manage tasked assignments
- Support client and project team in aligning stakeholders and preparing teams for upcoming changes and project success
- Plan and facilitate recurring activities including monthly reports and program-wide team meetings
- Enforce brand guidelines requirements to ensure consistency and clarity of message

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of Marketing/Communications leadership experience in a highly matrixed environment
- Experience with Martech tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience, or Marketo
- Ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and strategic partnerships
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the VA, DOD, or other Federal Government agencies
- Knowledge of the health care industry
- Administrator-level knowledge of MarTech tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience, or Marketo
