      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide and guide strategic input for all media plans, both internally and externally
      - Accountable for media plan output, accuracy, and overall excellence
      - Collaborate with activation department leads to outline appropriate processes and timelines
      - Build trusting, collaborative relationships with clients at appropriate levels
      - Construct and deliver accurate, honest performance management documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of integrated media planning experience, preferably within B2B or fintech
      - Experience developing tactical campaigns for digital channels
      - Proven experience managing a team of planners
      - Knowledge of current trends and innovations in media and culture
      - Proficient with insights tools such as MRI, Simmons, Nielsen Ad Intel, and/or Kantar Strategy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with MediaTools and buying platforms such as DDS, MediaOcean, HudsonMX
      - Understanding of DCM and other digital media-related tools (comScore, eMarketer, Forrester)
