What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the medical scientific lead for assigned healthcare accounts and organizations
- Identify, develop, and maintain scientific partnerships with key healthcare decision-makers
- Lead the development and execution of customized medical account plans
- Facilitate scientific exchange and provide access to medical and health economic information
- Collect and share insights to inform product portfolio development and customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree required; Doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) strongly preferred
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry, managed care experience, or similar organizational experience
- Understanding of the US healthcare system and biotechnology drug/device development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate medical and scientific information to stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Managed care experience within a healthcare organization or pharmaceutical industry
- Clinical and/or pharmaceutical industry experience in specialty therapeutic fields, such as Multiple Sclerosis or Immunology
- Additional degree in health economics, health outcomes, public health, or health policy
