What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Media/Monetization Lead to manage daily account operations on specific client work
- Track deliverables and identify risks or blockers to keep programs on track
- Develop operational frameworks and processes to improve team efficiency
- Organize and develop content for Quarterly Business Reviews and other key client meetings
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance for their growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, client services, or related fields
- Experience in retail media, retail, or agency environments preferred
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and defining new processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing client contracts, including documentation and stakeholder alignment
- Familiarity with retail media industry trends and best practices
- Previous experience in leading operational setup for new initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenges effectively
