What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop regular reporting and meeting cadence with market leadership to provide insights into affordability performance
- Lead cross-functional work streams and provide project management support
- Partner with regional affordability leaders to translate strategies into implementation plans
- Define KPIs and processes to monitor strategy performance post-implementation
- Participate in annual affordability planning process and may supervise a team of consultants or analysts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, and process improvement
- Project Management experience
- Lean Green Belt, Six Sigma, or similar experience using process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Smart Sheet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Consulting experience or similar experience driving change based on analytics
- Ability to navigate diverse groups through complex issues
- Solution-oriented mentality to problem-solving
