What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Develop and manage internal communications initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged
- Support key leaders by creating communications materials, including emails, articles, and presentations
- Assist in managing communications during crises or unexpected events to protect the company’s reputation
- Produce various content types to engage audiences and promote the company’s messaging
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, including internal communications and media relations
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with familiarity with AP Style
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with crisis communications and media relations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a global, publicly traded corporation
- Healthcare/Pharma experience is a plus
- Proficiency in social media and digital communication tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
