      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and evaluate all crisis services to ensure quality, effectiveness, and compliance
      - Provide mobile crisis services during high call volume or staffing shortages
      - Supervise and develop behavioral health clinicians for telephonic and mobile crisis roles
      - Represent the program in community meetings and foster collaboration with local law enforcement
      - Manage program data and generate regular reports on service metrics and quality events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Licensed with a Master’s degree in behavioral health field (preference for LMFT/LCSW)
      - Minimum of three years related experience delivering clinical and recovery support services
      - Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role
      - One year of experience working with culturally diverse populations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supervising staff in a remote work setting
      - Professional licensure as LCSW/LMFT/LPC
