- Development of the strategic planning team to achieve business plan objectives.
- Client development, liaison and feedback to ensure company performance requirements are achieved.
- Review resource requirements, manage internal and external resources within budget and report progress monthly to your line manager.

- Discretionary 10% annual bonus.

- Good understanding of latest technology, innovation and best practice; proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Job summary
We are looking for an Associate Director with healthcare experience to join our strategic advisory business unit, where we support our NHS clients to make the right investment decisions. We are currently providing a range of advisory services to a wide number of NHS Trusts, which includes the authoring of NHSE compliant business cases, estates strategies, healthcare planning and operational/transitional planning and due to a growing demand and success, we require additional health sector expertise. The successful person will be able to demonstrate that they have the qualifications, skills and experience required to operate at Associate Director Level, generating new business, creating new relationships and delivery high quality consultancy commissions.
