What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered Nurse or Healthcare Administration or Population Health experience with 5+ years of operations services delivery leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and innovation
- Proven strategic operations leader with strong decision-making skills
- Excellent relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated client-facing presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Account Management on Creative Problem Solving
- Master-level education in a related discipline (business, healthcare)
