      Within our Human Health Digital, Data, & Analytics organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management. As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to be a Founder and serve in the role of Human Health Digital, Data & Analytics (HHDDA) Operational Excellence Business Operations leader.

      In this capacity, this role will help HHDDA realize the aspiration for the Operational Excellence capability. This individual will help to ensure a One HHDDA approach, in close collaboration with our Company partners and leaders across the Globe. This leader will help establish standards and processes that will drive culture, ways of working, and seamless execution of cross-cutting enablers.

      The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving the business operations of the company, with a focus on financial and workforce analysis. This role involves collaborating with different organizational teams across the globe, gathering and interpreting financial and workforce data, identifying inefficiencies or areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize processes and enhance overall productivity. The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of experience in business operations, along with expertise in utilizing tools such as Ariba, SAP, and Workday for financial and workforce analysis.

      Specifically, the HHDDA Operational Excellence (OE) Business Operations Lead will:

      • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams located in different regions across the globe to understand financial and workforce processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

      • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to identify areas of risk and improvements.

      • Utilize tools such as Ariba, SAP, and Workday to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing financial performance.

      • Analyze workforce data, including staffing levels to identify opportunities for workforce optimization and talent management strategies.

      • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management and global teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on financial and workforce analysis.

      • Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks related to financial and workforce processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

      • Develop and maintain documentation of financial and workforce processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs).

      • Provide recommendations for adopting new technologies or methodologies to drive operational excellence.

      • Utilize data visualization tools and methodologies to present financial and workforce insights in a clear and concise manner.

      • Train and mentor junior analysts, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in financial and workforce analysis.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economic, Management Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

      • Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations analysis or a similar role, with a focus on financial and workforce analysis.

      • Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

      • Experience utilizing tools such as Ariba, SAP, and Workday for financial and workforce analysis.

      • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

      • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in financial and workforce contexts.

      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams across different time zones and present findings to senior management.

      • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others in financial and workforce analysis.

      • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is desirable, with a focus on financial and workforce optimization.

      U.S. Hybrid Work Model

      Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.       Expected salary range:

      $135,500.00 - $213,400.00
