What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute patient advocacy and engagement strategy in a defined region
- Establish and maintain key relationships with advocacy organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams on regional issues and initiatives
- Manage regional sponsorship budget and patient advocacy grant requests
- Identify strategic Company representation and advocacy activities in the region
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 10+ years of experience in pharma, biotech industry, or patient advocacy
- Previous managerial or functional management experience
- Strong track record of success in program development and execution
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to lead complex initiatives
- Deep commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of patients and caregivers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of patient advocacy community in key disease state areas
- Recognized as an expert in patient advocacy
- Experience in developing communications and educational resources
- Previous experience in mental health and movement disorders advocacy
- Master's or PhD degree in related field
