What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Windows Server and Server Virtualization operations teams to ensure system stability and high availability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational objectives and enhance service delivery
- Manage day-to-day operations, including incident, change, service request, and problem management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure operations leadership
- Proven experience in managing global large-scale infrastructure services
- Strong technical expertise in Windows Server and Server Virtualization administration
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call responsibilities for critical incidents

- Experience in AI and automation technologies
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and infrastructure as code
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
- Knowledge of service level agreement (SLA) management and reporting
