      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the development and lifecycle management of ADaM standards and related technology components
      - Drive execution of project-based initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements
      - Collaborate with leadership and governance forums to identify priorities and monitor adoption of capabilities
      - Provide technical mentorship to subject matter experts and resolve complex programming challenges
      - Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation for GxP operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or a related field
      - Proficient SAS programming skills with knowledge of CDISC ADaM models
      - Experience in developing dynamic, reusable code and understanding metadata-driven automation frameworks
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining quality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active participation in industry organizations (e.g., CDISC, PHUSE) and contribution to standards discussions
      - Practical experience applying SDLC to the development and maintenance of standard code
