What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide best practice implementation support while overseeing multiple project managers from both project and HR perspectives
- Create implementation plans, manage budgets, and assign roles and responsibilities for large-scale projects
- Monitor and control projects by comparing actual performance with planned performance
- Develop project management and business analyst artifacts, guidelines, and frameworks in a decentralized environment
- Partner with Finance to create business cases and monitor project results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required in business, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years in the information technology field or its equivalent
- At least 7 years of direct experience in a project management capacity, including process development and execution
- Experience in coordinating with functional departments and managing project managers in a matrix organization
- Proven experience managing direct reports
