Job Description:
Overall Purpose: Strategically drive sales performance and objectives through subordinate sales supervisory personnel across single or multiple channels and retail stores within a geographic area, ensuring alignment with company goals, optimizing customer experiences, and maximizing revenue and market share growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, develop, train and optimize staff performance, ensuring resources are utilized to meet or exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and operational targets.
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of all product and service offerings. Grow market share and brand value while decreasing churn within the assigned geographical area.
• Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining high standards of service and store operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance sales effectiveness and achieve corporate objectives.
• Operational Effectiveness: Optimize operational efficiency through the creation and oversight of policies and procedures as well as performance management. Manage and adhere to budgets.
Job Contribution: Oversees supervisors, responsible for maximizing sales, customer experience and operational efficiency. Responsible for executing sales plans, assigning tasks, and adherence to company policies. Utilizes strong product and pricing knowledge, exercises judgment and resolves complex problems. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates. Supervisor: Yes.
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience.Our AD-Retail Sales Managers earn between $85,400 - $128,000 in annual salary plus $34,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
