      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a portfolio of Remote Mine Hunting (RMH) programs for the US Navy and Foreign Military Sales customers
      - Manage multiple programs and program managers, setting priorities for engineering teams
      - Serve as the principal customer interface for active contracts and future growth opportunities
      - Drive functional engagement and ensure appropriate metrics for production, including risk and opportunity management
      - Coordinate quarterly program reviews and develop strategic roadmaps for RMH programs and technology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A University Degree in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience
      - Proven experience leading Profit & Loss for DoD contracts as a Program Manager or in a Functional leadership position
      - Experience managing risk, cost, quality, and schedule performance
      - Prior people management experience
      - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date

      - Understanding of mine warfare tactics and operations
      - Proven track record in customer relationship building
      - Leadership experience including developing and mentoring others
      - Experience managing change successfully
      - Strong proficiency in developing and presenting strategic plans and technology roadmaps to senior management
