- Ensure resource management plan aligns to pricing/staffing plans. This includes reconciliation of staff plans to RAP monthly.
- Manage daily operations for globally sourced employee populations sitting in India and Argentina.
- Collaborate with partners and lead weekly status meetings.
- Handle staffing escalations from start to finish ensuring that the business is supported throughout the process and resource management process is followed.
- Compile and analyze resource management reports (available resources, current resource allocations, capacity reports).
- Build partnerships with business teams to ensure cooperation in all work.
- Sync with internal staffing partner, ensuring swift processing of submitted candidates to onboarding/hire status.
- Maintain the data accuracy of Resource Allocation Plan.
- Manage a small team.
- Review monthly billing from partners.
- 4+ years of experience in an Operations, Finance, or RM role
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools within Excel, such as PivotTables and Pivot Charts
- Collaborate with partners to gather and understand reporting requirements
- Experience managing several concurrent projects
- Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of strict internal controls
- Identify financial risks in commercial arrangements

Job Description:
The Associate Director of Client Operations is responsible for resource planning and staff allocation of the Media Practice area's Globally Sourced employee population. You are a strategic partner to Business Leaders and internal staffing partners; your goal is to ensure the proper execution of the resource management operation.

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
