Location: Hyderabad
As a key player in our program, this role will be accountable for overall project & operations services, portfolio management in SAP Basis & SAP cloud platform area. Techno- managerial activities will be the key for this role.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manages the demand and resources delivering the SAP Basis service, responsible for overseeing the service operation team ensuring the coordination of this team in overall Operations planning, delivery and issue resolution in SAP Basis and AWS platform area
• Should have expertise in Cloud FinOps. Regularly track, control and optimized in cloud
• Effective and high quality handling high priority incidents, ensuring all the required teams including support vendors and onboarded in time ensuring timely resolution of an incident
• Ensure regular compliance activities like executed successfully and monitored regularly. Act as a techno-manager for the projects. Ensure timely delivery of the project.
• Responsible for the overall continuous improvement, cost reduction and performance of the services. Responsible for initiating and implementing the automation initiatives.
• Collaborates with the Sourcing Organization on supplier management and establishes/ reviews/ approves key recommendation with external service providers, as needed.
• Provide support to the service transition review, post-implementation review (PIR)/ post-audit assessment with the stakeholder and continuously improve processes from lesson-learned
• Provide an escalation and arbitration level for service related relationship issues and problems. Develop and maintain a “wish list” of all outstanding service improvements and enhancements. Support various IT teams and projects with the best customer services while improving internal operations so that they are cost-effective and efficient.About the company
