- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Vendor Management team by managing and executing the vendor management program in the vendor assigned categories.
- Supports the development of the overall Vendor Risk Management program, including tool administration and coordination with various stakeholders.
- Schedule site visit audits to access vendor’s regulatory controls and compliance with contractual commitments.
- Review and update annual vendor questionnaires to ensure compliance with regulatory and /or legal changes.
- Monitor and manage vendor’s service level commitments and key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with their assigned risk rating.
- Elevate vendor remediation items in accordance with the vendor management program and facilitate corrective action with the vendor.
- Provide subject matter expertise support in constructing performance-based, accountability-driven vendor/business partner agreements, statements of work and procedures as needed.
- Develop, track, analyze, and report on operations metrics of the vendor management program for senior management, and/or vendor risk committee. Prepare documentation/reports in support of regulatory exams.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that prioritizes collaboration, ensures accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Eight (8) years’ minimum of vendor/relationship or contract management experience.
- Three (3) years’ minimum of managerial or leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management best practices related to the auto-finance industry.
- Detail oriented and capable of accurately identifying, analyzing, preventing, and solving problems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and develop realistic action plans.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and ethics, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must be flexible with the ability to effectively thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to manage challenging conversations and resolve stakeholder needs promptly.
- Successful at soliciting feedback to promote and improve service and quality.
- Reliable and dependable in meeting commitments and responding promptly to requests.
- Overtime required – required on an as needed basis.
- Travel 15% - as required on an as needed basis.
- Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
- Previous captive or automotive finance experience is a plus!
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related field is highly preferred!

Position Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Director, Vendor Management to lead, manage and align Stellantis Financial Services vendor management activities, strategies and initiatives with the organization’s goals, while promoting innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role will report to the Director, Vendor Management and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and build vendor relationships to support the enterprise.

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
