What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and manage standard customer-facing projects from initiation through completion
- Lead multiple smaller eCommerce onboarding or marketplace content enrichment projects simultaneously
- Facilitate kickoff & standing calls for assigned projects with internal & external audiences
- Educate the Sales team on Medline’s standard operating procedures for digital integrations
- Partner with eCommerce Support resources to provide customer-facing support when needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience leading technical projects or related to Implementation Management
- Experience providing customer service and/or technical support
- Solid organization skills with demonstrated project management methodology
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience leading IT/eCommerce projects or related to eProcurement integration onboarding
- Knowledge and experience with EDI, XML, cXML, html, API services & SOAPUI or Rest API tools
