      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for all enrollment tasks for assigned book of business
      - Answer phone calls from members, providers, and group customers, providing superior customer service
      - Maintain and update enrollment data in applicable systems and databases
      - Resolve customer inquiries regarding enrollment and eligibility through various communication channels
      - Review error reports, analyze member enrollment data, and make necessary corrections

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
      - 1+ years of experience helping customers resolve matters
      - Must adhere to a set work schedule, Monday - Friday between 7am - 5pm CST
      - Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
      - Must be 18 years of age or older

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers as primary job tools
      - 1+ year(s) experience in enrollment/eligibility for employer offered benefits
      - 1+ year(s) experience in the health insurance industry
