- Support the Expedition Marketing Manager with the execution of consumer promotional campaigns, including limited-time offers, loyalty incentives, and seasonal booking pushes.
- Help manage timelines and project coordination for promotional campaign assets across email, direct mail, web, social, and advertising channels.
- Assist in drafting creative briefs and promotion summaries to ensure messaging is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand positioning.
- Coordinate with Creative, Expedition Development, and Sales teams to gather assets, route copy/design, and ensure campaign deadlines are met.
- Review and proofread promotional materials to ensure offer accuracy, legal disclaimers, and brand consistency.
- Track campaign performance, assist in compiling campaign metrics, and help identify learnings to inform future promotions.
- Stay current on competitor offers and promotions, sharing key insights or trends with the team.
- Maintain internal calendars and documentation to ensure visibility and alignment across teams for all active and upcoming consumer promotions.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in the industry that demonstrates your expertise and passion.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of dynamic experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully driven consumer-facing promotions and coordinated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail, evidenced by a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Communication Excellence: Strong written communication skills, with experience in drafting, editing, and proofing content that engages and informs diverse audiences effectively.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility in handling shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, enabling you to analyze data and create impactful presentations.
- Team Player: A self-starter who can work independently, while also contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Hybrid Role: This position is based in our Orlando offices, requiring someone in the office Tue/Wed/Thu each week.
- Marketing Insight: Familiarity with marketing calendars, promotional planning, and campaign reporting is highly valued, adding an extra layer of expertise to our team.
- Collaborative Spirit: A strong team player with a positive attitude, demonstrating a genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and grow alongside fellow team members.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Associate Expedition Marketing Manager supports the execution of consumer marketing campaigns that drive guest interest, bookings, and revenue across a portfolio of Lindblad Expeditions itineraries. This role is specifically focused on consumer promotions, including exclusive offers, value-add offers, and seasonal campaigns, including initiatives across email, direct mail, web, and digital advertising.
Working closely with the broader marketing, and creative teams, this role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited about learning the mechanics of successful marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, purpose-driven brand environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and hear. The employee will also be required to write and type. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
COMPENSATION STATEMENT
Lindblad Expeditions determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
