What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver course content, learning activities, and student assessments using the University’s current course materials
- Provide each student the opportunity to grow, develop, and achieve academic success
- Perform a variety of additional duties, such as coaching, tutoring, and identifying appropriate additional resources
- Attend various faculty meetings and University events as required
- Instruct and perform other job-related required duties in an online environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctor of Nursing Science, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or a PhD in Nursing or Doctorate degree in any area and a Master’s degree in Nursing
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of current applicable experience within the last 5 years
- Must have an active unencumbered or unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence or practice
- Must have 5 years of applicable experience in leadership or administrative roles
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of current applicable experience within the last 5 years

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prefer candidates that have taught online and have demonstrable experience teaching a diverse student population
- Quality improvement project management experience is preferred
- Knowledge of adult education principles/practices, curriculum development, and academic content area
- High level of problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with adult educational experience and in the retention motivation of adult learners
