What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver course content, learning activities, and student assessments using the University's current course materials
- Create a supportive learning environment that empowers students to develop cognitive skills and confidence
- Perform additional duties such as coaching, tutoring, and identifying appropriate resources to support student learning
- Attend faculty meetings and University events as required
- Maintain current professional and technical knowledge of content area(s) and adapt to technology changes as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program
- Three (3) years of applicable professional experience in Social Work, with at least 1 year within the last 7 years
- Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in social work, aging, child welfare, health care social work, international social work, leadership in social work, professional advocate, justice and corrections, helping people obtain tangible services, mental health, counseling, psychotherapy with individuals, families, and/or groups, helping communities or groups, provide or improve social and health services, participating in legislative processes, policy and planning, and/or policy maker
