Job Description
- Req#: 442036WD
- Support local Assurance Operation Team to prepare the Human Capital (Leave management, Headcount movement, Training Monitoring, Time sheet comparison, etc.) and Finance (Manpower, billing support, NI, Cost management, etc.) relevant reports on a regular basis, and take follow action via email and call if necessary.
- Support local Assurance Operation Team to deploy assurance staffs work in Talentlink system
- Data entry
- Support local Assurance Operation Team to any other ad-hoc case which is admin function related
- 协助各地审计运营支持团队, 定期准备人力资源及财务相关的报告,报告内容类型涵盖: 休假管理, 人员变动管理, 培训管理, 工作时间管理,财务支持,成本管理等; 并且通过邮件和电话的方式对相应的工作进行近一步的确认及跟进
- 协助各地审计行政支持团队,在系统里进行审计人员的工作安排
- 阶段性的进行数据录入
- 协助各地审计运营支持团队,进行临时性的行政类工作支持
- Bachelor degree, no major preference
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially good excel skill
- Able to write Marco in excel are preferred
- 大学本科学历, 无专业限制
- 具备有效的中文和英文的书面及口头表达能力
- 熟练掌握微软办公软件系统的使用, 懂基本函数公式应用
- 会写宏者优先
