As an Associate Finance Manager, you will partner with the business to ensure growth and to enable the business to meet its' financial goals, proactively lead efforts to identify opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance the financial performance of the business.

      • Support analytical and business frameworks as well as a quantitative approach to decision-making that shape the overall strategic course of the organization.

      • Focus on operations including but not limited to formulation of pricing strategies, business assessment of new product initiatives, economic evaluation of capital expenditures, competitive analysis and benchmarking, and business process redesign.

      • Analyze financial results and key trends, assess current and future business risks, and communicate results to leadership.

      • Partner with US sales teams to drive profitable growth and develop best practices for improvement in trade spend management.

      • Future-proof how we go-to-market by supporting the development of a 3-year customer strategy to strengthen our distributor model for sustainable growth as retailers consolidate.

      • Proactively identify opportunities by using financial information and provide analytical support and insights to drive category performance.

      • Collaborate effectively with other functional finance leaders to ensure that financial processes are running effectively.

      What You’ll Need to Succeed

      • Bachelor degree in a related field; Master degree preferred

      • Minimum four years of relevant work experience

      • Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure.

      • Business partnering experience with clear, focused and sound financial assessment and guidance (strategic insights, risks, and opportunities)

      • Ability and drive to work independently and proactively identify white-space opportunities.

      • Developing strong personal and team relationships across a multitude of business stakeholders

      Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

      Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

      Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
